I learned that I could create a new picture for myself, for where I saw myself “one day” to replace or add to the picture I had grown up with. If it is to be, it is up to me. I am still energetic, optimistic, and fun. I just need to allow myself to be. One day at a time. I need to show myself the empathy, love, and care I have for others.
